I have a forum, and was gonna put this on mine but the thing's dead as door nails today. I truly do want advice. My wife owns a women's boutique. One of the women that came in the other day had a lil dog. Its a chiuahah (SP?), and normally she hates those little dogs, but she liked this one. I DO NOT WANT A FRIGGIN CHIUAHA. So now she wants a dog, a little dog that she'll be able to take to her shop everyday. I don't know crap about little dogs. I always had bigger dogs. I want a cool friggin dog that A) Doesn't yap like a little dog all the damn time B) Doesn't have the little dog attitude C) Doesn't look too much like a foo foo dog and D) One that isn't hyper all the time. I wanna know what would be an ideal dog. We have a 4 year old son, so I also wanna know what would be a good dog for him to play with and not have to worry about him getting knicked. Thanks people
go to the shelter and pick up an american pit bull terrier . they are great loving dogs. I have two of them and would never go to another breed. edit Just noticed you was looking for a small breed
pick up a jack russell terrier, i already have one they are cute and small and playful. I also have an australian cattle dog, they are not small but not big.
Well if you make up your mind to purchase then dont forget to look for Labradors. Best breeds of dogs.... Very intelligent
if you want a big dog, you should get golden retriever. if you want a small dog you should get a pom. pom are very very cute.
I don't really like dogs, but Jack Russells fkn rock. I've never met one that wasn't cool. Jack Russells are pretty good with kids too - but they can get a bit 'snappy' when excited. If I had to have a dog it would be an Irish Wolfhound. Best dogs in the world, if you can find the space They're good with kids too
Pick a Beagle! I never really liked them till I picked one up from the pound last August, but I love this puppy. He's a really small dog, but he's incredibly obedient, and sleeps up to 12 or 14 hours a day. All around he really is the best dog you could imagine. Plus, he's not too big or too small really.
I say get a german shepherd. Your wife will surely love how obedient they are. And they aren't to big.
