Recently, when i tried to pay something in GD with my verified PayPal, PayPal asked me to add a credit card (and i don't have some).
Before this purchase, i paid all of my purchases with PayPal balance.

I heard that GD limits purchase with PP or something like that.

Anyone can help what to do so that i can pay GD purchase with PP balance again.

It seems that these days with Godaddy you can only pay via Paypal if you have a c/c attached to your Paypal account.

But then every verified paypal does have an CC attached to it. Even I havent purchased any domains for about last 6 to months from them. But most of mine would be due now. So will they ask for a CC in this case too cos I had paid them via Paypal earlier.

Can't you just verify your Paypal by attaching your bank account being linked to it?

I think that only works in US or using a US bank account. But then rest of the world mostprobably needs a CC to get verified.

    It's explicitly written:
So, just do it and everything will be fine. It happened to me also in the past.

    Use booyahhosting.net; it's clearly better.

False, totally false. I live in the Netherlands and I verified my PayPal account using a 'local' bank (Rabobank). I'm pretty sure nearly all Europeans can verify their PayPal account using a bank.

But my PP status is still verified. Can you pay with PP balance now?

    Absolutely no problem with paypal.

Bought an 99 info 2day without any problems with paypal. More ever they did not even ask m to log into my paypal to checkout. Just used my paypal on board to check out.

    absolutely smooth.

They need the credit card just for the verification.

Either this or you can ask someone to buy a godaddy gift card for you using your paypal money.

    GoDaddy = Only Verified PayPal..

If you want to buy from unverified ones then use,

    Name.com
    Estdomains.com
    Namecheap.com
    1and1.com

Name.com doesn't require a credit card if you choose option "PayPal"
