I am in need of two avatars - One for an Admin and one for Staff

This image is what I want. I want a small fast animation like it has but with our logo in it. Looking for our color scheme to be incorporated into the design.

This is a movie related site and it can be found in my "recent blog" by my name.

I would hope that they would be better quality than that. It looks very fuzzy. Not bad but I want it to basically replace what is above with the TV art from my site.
