create another adsense account in your sis,mom , dad or any close friends name ( use diff address ) try your luck

While doing business with google, do it through a business entity, google respects business entities, my personal experience and they are quite careful in dealings as long as the business entity is rightfully doing the things

 

This will cause tax issues for whoevers info you sign up with

 

well... i got almost 8 dayz ago....
i did send them email... only at once... but no reply yet .... plus they did not send me email for account cancelation......

and dun worry guyz... i know how to re-create adsense account... that was my third adsense account

I don't think you have much chance to get your account back. Look for some alternatives to Google Adsense

 

well they replied and said.. that my account wasnt good for their advertisers....

so it means if u want some1 to get suspended from adsense u just do unlimited amount of clicking at a same time on his/her add, to get them suspended....

this is not right...... they should give some kinda warning before suspendin an account....

that depends on ad settings of adbrite if u setup full page ads definitely it loads damn slowly

 

If you are innocent, I would not give up. Re-read that suggestion list that's early in this thread. I would write to them until THEY say "stop writing to us." What have you got to loose by trying. Responses usually happen in a week. Point out ANY suspicious thing you can think of with every new letter to them once you receive another "no" letter from them. But start searching for a new revenue stream in the meantime.

If you were making real money then it's worth fighting for. If you were only making 5 dollars a month then I think moving on is the way to go.

 

If this was really your third adsense account, then I can't help but distrust you. Are you honest with yourself (and us, and google)?

Send a mail to support saying tht invalid clicks was happen by mistake ...Explain them the situation Them it was happen un knowingly bla bla

You can only appeal, and the chances is very low.
I will suggest you to try other PPC if you already get banned by adsense
