Looking to hire someone to code existing template into PHPList

    I have a template with CSS that works great. I have phpList installed on my server. I need someone who has experience coding templates/newsletters in phpList. I will provide the HTML design complete with CSS. You provide expertise in phpList and making my template work in phpList.
