Pentagon can't account for $15 billion

    The nice thing about goverment taxing, spending and then printing whatever else they need, is that they don't have to be careful with their money, the way the average consumer does, because there is no limit and no accountability.

    Perhaps some middleman or more ate up the booty! Most probably a politician...as they are more prone to getting away with breaking the law. Its sad...after all, people work to earn a living!
