I am using both IE and firefox. It stores all html files i visit.I tried clearing the cache and all,but still no use

The problem come when i build sites. If I edit a html file from my cpanel and go to that page,it shows old unedited page.It is the same, when I clear the cache and cookies.I tried the same on my friends PC and its working perfect(When I goto that page it shows, the updated content). How can I disable this?

Go to start search then type in cookies. Delete them all that may help you. As for FF tools clear private data then click "clear private data now". Hope this helps you :D

If I use a proxy server, then when I am getting my actual ip.Ip is not changing unless I clear cache, cookies, temp files and restart PC

Edit:All files are updated on edit in my local disk(when i use notepad to edit html)
