    Assume no traffic or revenue (although it gets some). You probably know that the student loans niche is extremely profitable (among highest paid Adsense keywords, check here).

    Here are some stats:
    - Great, brandable domain name, a triple premium LLLL.com
    - It's PR2
    - The domain is almost 2 years old!
    - It's a static site

    The domain is registered at GoDaddy (free push is available). It expires on 05-dec-2008.

    Payment through Moneybookers only.

    I'm expecting $100+ offers. BIN is $250. (The domain only is worth $100+)
