I need help in My Paypal Account

I am having a problem in my paypal.. I have reach my limit in sending money --$100. then I dont have an international CC, I am from Philippines....

What should I do?

Why is it that I cannot send my own money in paypal?

 

Sign up for an EON Electron Card from Union Bank http://www.unionbankph.com/content.asp?paramID=AMBKABZZZZ and you should be able to verify your account and withdraw your money.

Payment is 350 Pesos. You must apply for the card online and you have to get the card in the branch nearest to you. You have to enroll the EON card online, and wait for a few days and then link your card to your Paypal.

Actually I have already link my BPI account.. But I dont know why, there is still a limit.? or they require couple of hours, days, for the processing?

Anyone tried that? BPI and Paypal?

I'm not from Phillipines but it usually takes 3-4days to add a bank account and get verified! It also takes time to receive the funds after withdrawal.

 

AFAIK it's not allowed. Only EON and PCIBank credit/debit cards are accepted as far as I know.

 

Bank of the Philippine Island. I already link my bank account to paypal but I think i does not work.

Are you from Phil? Are you sure that BPI account cannot be connected into PAYPAL? I have to pay for something Today!
