This is not a buy n sell because I do not think what I am looking for exists on DP. I am looking for an established web hosting company, that has clients, steady income, and most importantly can prove it. Preferably working on WHMCS platform. Also need a reseller for registrar, and it integrated into the design. I remember someone had recommended a dude in this forum some months back that does that part cheap. I need suggestions on where to look for this if no DP. I'm thinking some web host board, or something to that effect. Do not contact me for your webhost you put together 2 minutes after reading this post. Do not contact me if you have two clients. I am looking for a solid customer base, and years worth of track record, and proof to show renewals, clients, etc. If you know of someone, a company, or a message board that fit this criteria. Please shoot me a PM. Do not worry about the budget. The important thing is that they are established, have clients, and can prove their claims, including stats, sales, etc. You need to back up your asking price, so be prepared to provide ALL detailed screen shots. I 'may' consider a partnership with someone U.S. based, depending on terms, locale, experience, etc. If it turns out to be a start up, then I would invest, and have majority control just do you know before contacting me. Fire away ladies.
1) IF a web hosting site meets all your requirements they are in their growth phase and probably won't be interested in selling. 2) You should post this on a web hosting specialized site such as WHT
I second moving this to a forum like WHT, there are always companies for sale in their offers section some larger than others. John
You hit it on the dot. The hosting companies for sale have been slow there lately. Try SitePoint.com too. They have some good deals sometimes.
