If it's using PHP4, it should work fine in PHP5, it's quite surprising how few scripts rely on the old PHP4 stuff, and any that do pose a potential security risk.

I'd like to just clarify we offer PHP4 as a secondary option. As it stands we have the policy it could be removed at any time so it is completely unsupported. In August when security patches will not be applied to PHP4 builds anymore it will be removed completely from our legacy servers. Best to find a script that will run when the host is running PHP5.
