True, you got me there. I am not in the consumer mindset, but I am still in the learning phases of CPA. I work 8-5 and am busy outside of that, so it is a slower process for me. It is very interesting stuff though and hopefully a year from now I will be able to make a little cash on the side.

I was just throwing that out there. There is definitely no need to bash me for it. I said that I was impressed by how much money people make. I also didn't assume that everyone knew how to do it.

I hate it when people like you flame people without reading and understanding someone's entire post, not just the first four words.

People pay to download music because it is legal.

I am here to learn, not like I was calling people who market ringtones stupid or anything.

Anyways... It definitely does seem like a saturated market, so to those who do make money with it, that is awesome.

I need to make some friends that have those skills, haha.

To answer you question.. If it was my campaign I would test a new lp and if that didn't change things then I would test a different offer.

Ringtones is the hardest niche I have ever worked on and I would say I could probably make a lot more money on a different niche with out as much work that I put into ringtones.

Google is rediculous...It's like ONLY THEY are the ones allowed to make money.

    "Ludacris" Inactive for search
Increase quality or bid $5.00 to activate

    "50 Cent" Inactive for search
Increase quality or bid $10.00 to activate

My landing page is no different than anyone elses [heck, i see even a few just have their domain redirecting to their tracking url].

So it seems only the content network is affordable...>There's just no way to make a landing page "high quality" unless I'm completely out of the ballpark.

I could of course set up a cloaked page eh?

Cloaking not necessary..target your landing pages for your kw's, make sure your lps have some content on them, and your q.s. will improve and you wont be getting penalized..ps- also mention the kw you are targeting in your ad..

You're completely out of the ballpark.....:D

Think SEO methods and apply them to your landing pages .

And make sure your ads are top notch too.

I have designer clothing brands running worldwide and only paying $0.04 per click for top positions.

    Nothing is easy in life......

Very good... you put plenty of content, with the targeted keyword placed on your LP a healthy amount of times, and you will get some sweet QS.

Very true... my other marketing strategy besides Google is this:

    1) Go to the Wal-Mart parking lot at about 2 or 3 AM in the morning dressed in black, and have a ski mask (make sure you're in the dimly lighted sections)...
    2) Stick up people in the parking lot...
    3) Hold a fake gun to people's heads in the parking lot (make sure it looks like a real gun)...
    4) Tell them to go to my ringtone site on my laptop with WiFi connection and sign up...
    5) and threaten to blow off their head if they don't enter in their PIN number on their cell phone!

I made over $3,000 in one night... and didn't even have any expenses! (Except that old lady who caught me slipping, and beat me senseless with her purse)

    Now that's TRUE guerilla marketing!

No, but his main offer is just as shady. At least the way he promotes it. Oh and not following the rules adds to it.

He's not talking about ringtones... I believe he's referring to payday loans/cash advances

That would mean somehow ringtones are shady.....

and if he were breaking rules with Payday loans his account would likely be terminated.

He is referencing Jonathan Valk... not you lol

Some view ringtones as shady due to the automated billing direct thru the cell company, and how many teens (and younger) enter into these billing agreements under age...hence the legal issues with Azoogle, Florida DA, et al...
