Yes the site looks good overall, but the fonts need some work.

 

I'm with Cherryone - you need to dedicate less vertical space to the logo and ad-space, the content starts too close to the fold. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I still optimise for 1024x768

nice, I really like the look and feel - suggestions, I really don't like the 'double header' it eats too much space and puts me off as a reader (there have to be better ways to get your banner ad up there without consuming so much header space.)

buddy the page is lookin good, theme is also good. One small comment from me this might be somewhat technical about the page design if u can understand please make a look on it.
The page might have been designed with three column layout. The centre column where u placed the contents such as "Search", "calendar" etc contains less number of contents than the rest of the columns and so it appears empty
when scrolling down the page. There it looks bad when scrolling down. So make a plan about this and design the page as per the plan....

The only thing that caught my eye that I would change is the
look of the header, specifically the words "Sabah Development
Corridor". The way they are slanted looks sharp, but seems a
tiny bit distracting to me.

Perhaps formatting that so that it's straight and easy to read
without catching the attention of the visitor while looking at
other parts of the page.

 

Looks excellent.

The middle ad thing doesn't exactly look like it belongs though.
