It's easy to keep from getting banned from Google if that's what your worried about.

Put yourself in the shoes of an advertiser and ask yourself "if I were to be trying to advertise" would I be mad at the actions that happen on this site.

    1. ) Don't click your own ads.
    2. ) DON'T CLICK YOUR OWN ADS!
    3. ) Don't ask your friends to click.
    4. ) have content on your site.
    5. ) Read Google Terms of Service.
    6. ) If you see something suspicious (IE lots of clicks, but few impressions) ...notify Google about it asap!

It's really easy to stay on googles good side...all you have to do is be honest.

The main thing is to read and understand the TOS because you wouldn't want to start earning good money then someone ban your account because of breach of TOS so best to keep check on them.

Reading the TOS is easy. The problem is that there are so many grey areas like ads blending etc.

One of my sites was banned recently. Despite writing to the Adsense Enforcement Team, I was told nothing specific.

I guess because my ads were being displayed immediately below the titles. What about those millions of sites (including some biggies) guilty of the same? They are making big bucks, so it OK to Google?

But sometimes even when you report all the suspicious click activities, Google will still charge you because of the click fraud. This is unavoidable.

    Says who?

I promoted my site at a university close to where I live...All is going well, I'm getting clicks from similar ips.

And I did send Adsense an email before doing the promotion...asking if it's alright. and they replied saying yes, as long as its valid clicks...

    I agree with hadihosn..

by saying we cannot have similar ips, think about hundreds of small countries in this world... for example: singapore
All the people who live in singapore will have similar IP then.. and say that you are from singapore... your ip is start with 123.xx.xx is that mean that you cannot promote your site in your own country (singapore) ?
and the people in your own country cannot click your ads? lol.. thats kinda ridiculous.. lol..

but let me know tho.. if there is a TOS where it says something like this.. as that I could be wrong myself.. I'm only human after all.. :)

    Hope this help...

p.s. I'm not from singapore tho :p, just been there.. and it's a small nice country down there.. :D

Read Adsense's TOS and Program Policies. Everything's in there.

its not matter of the IPs and Hits, its the matter of genuineness, if the clicks are genuine they will have some kind of conversions in advertisers like sign ups or mail submission or selling, or order processes, if you are genuine everything is fine for you others wise you have to pay the fine

Read their TOS. As long as you follow their rules, you should be safe.

Genuine clicks will bring you high , and even more safe.

but most of the accounts are banned due to the single cause that invalid clicks.
present trend shows that Google has millions of unofficial employees through out the world.

every body wants to make a quick money from the day one that causes the account ban.

what ever blog or site, now a days Google can calculate so many thing about your sites , blogs like age, index status , traffic details, and will have a look at fast money makers and will pay more attention on u r account. a person who starts his account and day one he will earn $50 means it some thing there to look at him ,,,,,, simple
universal rule: if one get strong in one day means there is some thing miscellaneous or extraordinary .

be patient you will have happy earnings

If Google bans the adsense accounts, this is mainly due to invalid clicks.
    such as
    - If you click on your own adds
    - If you tell to your friends about your website Google adds
    - If you open your adsense account at different ip addresses
These are a few reasons why many adsense accounts are banning from Google.
How to regain your adsense account:

    Step 1:
Email Google - You can do this either by replying to the notification mail or using their online form.

As far as the contents of your emails:

o Remain Nice. Rather then going into a rant on how they can’t do this or they are being unfair, remember that they are the ones that will reinstate you so kiss a bit of butt. Use phrases like “I realize that click fraud is a real issue facing AdWords Advertisers” and “I have full respect for your program and would never violate the TOS”
o Don’t Threaten Legal Action. This is a biggie because as soon as you say “I am going to sue you”, they pass your account off to the legal department who file it away awaiting your lawsuit. So unless you have already sent the paperwork, don’t even mention the word lawsuit
o Offer Anything You Can. This is most commonly logs but it can also include emails, letters or screenshots. Basically make the offers and be sure to let them know “If you need anything, Please let me know”
o Check the Grammar and Spelling. So many people put 10 seconds into their letters and not only are they difficult to understand, they severely hurt your credibility. Right or wrong, Google may think “If this guy/girl can’t take the time to properly write an email that decides the fate of their account, are they really the type of Publisher we want?”.

    Step 2:
Prepare Documentation - If you think your ban was due to a jump in traffic, put together your logs and burn them on to CD as a backup to your server. If there is a reason for the traffic, try to get a letter from the refferer. In my case I wrote to the Radio Show and they provided a letter explaining the whole situation and gave their contact information.

    Step 3:
Don’t Give Up - Develop a regular schedule of emailing Google. Try to always save a few pieces of information so that you are able to send an email each day. It can take anywhere between 5-30 days for a human review which is what your goal is here. If you give up after 2 days, don’t expect a response.

    Step 4:
Don’t Post About Your Experiences Publicly - A human review takes time so posting to a forum with all your details can only hurt your case for reinstatement.

In my case, I received a lot of this advise from others who I respected and had been in the same situation. For my account it actually worked and not only did I get the account back but all back monies were reinstated.

So if your account has been banned and you firmly believe you did not violate the TOS, there is hope. I have spoken to probably around 20 people who were banned in similar circumstances and every single one got their accounts back with full reinstatement of funds.

Best of Luck on Your Crusade!

Having a site with erotic content will likely get you banned. If you want to try that niche, you better get some adsense alternatives such as AVNads. to put it simply, just don't be stupid, no pun intended. :)
