Well, As I told you before ( on our forum ) You are on our LxAdmin server , and there is no other user on that server ( as it is a VPS under us ) , There is no more users, just you are the only reseller there, All I see is, a good number of heavy proxy sites under you . As you said before ( on our forum ) , you can access your website but not control panel, it is due to the memory issue , We limited the dedicated memory usage for this VPS, and for your kind information, you are the only user, using all the available memory for that vps, If you overload the server with heavy proxy sites, there may be a chance for memory issue . Today I rebooted the vps upon your request and as far as I know, it is now working fine We have our cPanel server working fine. You are the ONLY CLIENT on that Lxadmin server using all the available resources. Please let me know if you have any issues, you can always open a support ticket using http://billing.suntexhosting.com control panel Regards

" But I think you didn't get my reply and sorry to say , I do not take screenshots like you for this kind of work against other host, This chat system I am using, is free from the Google.com and has a little delay for starting as it is using Flash. I am available at Yahoo: Gmail : MSN Anybody need to talk with me , you can use these too. Anyways, the Google chat system is working ok for me, but I think you got disconnected from the google network when I replied. Sorry dude, we are not going down, We have been up since 1 year and not planning to go down . Infact we moved to a new, high end server, a Core2Quad with 8 GB RAM recently, We have emailed all clients/resellers for changing their nameservers, seems like someone didn't do it. Well, You say i'm the only client on there, but i'm not using the site :s. I can't even view my site, constantly internal server error. I'm not even a reseller as you say... and i'm not even having a single proxy site :s wtf is this... I think this is a big mistake of you ,so fix it I'M NOT A RESELLER ON YOUR SERVER, you don't even know who your clients are Grtz
I'm not "trying to work against other hosts" but if I ask a simple question and you leave the chat then it looks pretty suspicious, especially if it happens twice! Anyway, it's solved now so it's all good
