Paypal not accepting visa cc

hey guys

i have a trouble adding cc and verifying my paypal account

i am from india and i used icici (visa) cc to verify it didnt gt verified,then i tried sbi (visa) cc again it didnt verify

i used my bro and dad's cc to verify(as they only want to check billing address)

how to get it verified

i heard that paypal is banning accounts using vcc in india is it true?

is their any contact line for india paypal?

or any other thing to get account verified?

 

I guess your CC not supported internet payment..

 

I'm using Visa CC I think Overclock099 is true - your CC doesn't support internet payment processing.

 

Howcome VISA Credit card wont support internet payment processing??
They all are issued from a single authority.
I guesss,there must be problem from your end,or with the Credit card.
get that right first.
And there is no helpline for PayPal India. You need to call them to US.

actually i think they dont accept cc with validity more then 3 years

the one i am having is having validity of 5 years and 10 years

 

it's true - Paypal does not support Visa Electron.

 

they are really sucking this time....they are tied up with only those bank who are US based i think,if such pathetic system they have then why they are in industry

 

Oh bad luk with it then. I think they did support ICICI CC cos I came across some people who had added it succesfully. But dont know if there is any problem now.

 

Maybe a temporary problem? Is the CC activated and enough balance?

 

I think you have CC valid in India & Nepal only. check on your card. apply for international CC. it will solve your problem

between my brother have successfully added deutsche bank cc perfectly...but he dont use his account...can we cancel that cc in his account and close that account and add it in mine?

Once a credit card is being used with one account, it cannot be used with another account even though it is cancelled.

There is no problem with using a credit card with long validity. The longer the validity, the less number of cards the bank has to send you.

 

As far as I know, both the CC owner name and PayPal account holder name must match. If they're same then you may try contacting your bank and tell them that you're not able to use the CC for internet payments. It can be a temporary problem at PayPal's end but I doubt it.

 

when i was adding cc their was option to available to change first name...

so i putted my bro name their as our last name is same...

they validate billing address i think...and match owner name...this shudnt be a problem

 

Visa CC still work with paypal,i think your CC is not international.

I dont think so,adding bank account will not get you verified,so u must add CC to get verified.

 

The verification by bank account is not available for Indian Paypal members. You can only verify with an Indian-bank issued International Credit Card. Debit cards would not work.

 

but it is showing option in my account...and also mentioning that adding a bank account will waive off sending limits?
