Reason of Selling: Like I mentioned above, I know nothing about this niche since I don't play this game - its a limiting factor.

there is opportunity here for the new buyer to build more traffic via backlinks i think since the backlink count seems to be a bit low to me..

 

Boo Theres a reserve... No point of bidding unless you bid the $150 for the reserve, which is a bit high for a site with 60 backlinks.

 

Remotay, although the site has limited backlinks, they are all natural and I've not worked one bit to build them. So, like ProjectZ said, the new buyer would have a great opportunity if he builds backlinks - which would result in a good flow of traffic - and good income. He could also make the site user-oriented (in which users can submit macros). The site has a good design, and is SEO optimized - maybe that's the reason it outranks many sites that have 10 times more backlinks than it.

I would do it myself, but time is a limiting factor - that's why this site is a must go. Also, my lack of knowledge for this niche works against me.
