New to domain selling

Hi I am new to domain selling however always pick up a number of new domains as I think of them. I figured the ones i have not used for a long time perhaps I would sell if it was worth it.
For example:
www.1soldier.com - Smartpagerank.com values it at $128
What could i expect for a domain like this?

 

low xx. so develop it it will add value to it.

 

what do you mean by xx , Would link backs and things like that add value what do you guys/gals look for when buying a domain?

 

xx means from 10-99

 

Still at a loss I am sorry I am brand new to selling domains so if you can spell it all out for me. 10 - 99 scale for what?

 

No problem. Somewhere from $10 - $99.

So the person said " low xx " which means probably $10-49 or so.

 

Ah got ya lol sorry about that. What are some things you can do to make a domain name more valuable?

 

Linkbacks, add value to it? yes, it does.

Less than $50 again it doesn't have a target market to sell to. Domains that have a BIG market make a lot of money selling. Think of domains such as beer.com,diamond.com,etc.

CASHTOPOCKET.COM
GIGANTICHITS.COM
HOSTINGSNIPER.COM
PAGERANKTOP.INFO
THEUNITYTEAM.COM
TOPHITGAMES.COM , TOPHITGAMES.NET

Any of those any better? Some are well over a year or more older
