Their is no strict minimum, they must just make sense and they should all be your own material. A comment such as "yeah that is great" does not could whereas a comment such as "yeah that is great because I have one and I also really like it" would count. At least 10% should be new topics really, but so long as you don't spam and are seen to be participating in the community there is no strict limit.
