Turn about time is 24 hours. It takes time to write a good article, quality needs research and checking technicalities.

Well fast turn around time is based on the fact it takes about 30 minutes to write a 500 word article, while the rest is for planning, research and proofing

 

If a writer already has knowledge of the subject, then I believe that research would not be needed.

Example: A person that has worked on cars, would not need to do research in order to write a small article about working on cars.
