Hello guys, Paypal have limited my account and asked me to submit documents i have submitted the documents and they are also asking to add my bank account but i have already added and when i try to add again they say its already added then why they re asking? If i dont add then they wont check my documents and in 7 days they will lock for 6 months there phone number are also not in use shit WTF paypal is shit... Please suggest...
Howcome their Nos are not in Use? Dude,try again and again. Its very busy always. I always have to use my IP phone to call them. And if the bank account is already added,then there is no issue. And paypal wont ask you to add the bank account. Just call them and before that,submit all your documents and bills to them or fax it to them. I did that,and they lifted the limit in just 24 hrs. you need to keep calling them and make it an issue.. waiting for 180 is a real hassle,,, paypal is a pain in the neck
if you have all documents which they asked then just send these documents and contact them through an email and just tell them that i have send you all documents which you have asked now please just unblock my account ASAP...thanks! I am sure you will get you account back...
I think you dont need to add another bank account. Like me, because using different IP address, paypal limit my account and they need me to change pass, security and answer question, and link a CC. But, my account was verified last year ago, and my CC which was add in paypal, I were removed it coz I never using CC payment. After completed the 2 step (changing pass and security answer question), in the next days the limitation was lifted but I never add CC again.
Even my account has got Limited access yesterday. they say they "Our system detected unusual charges to a credit card linked to your PayPal account." they have asked me for the utility bill which i have uploaded will i get my account back? i did nothing wrong! Can anyone please help me !
Dont worry Gaurav your account will be restored by them i did lots of searches on it and finally i came to know that if you submit all documents asked then it will be done.Just call them once and conform... You from India? correct? Ok i think you may be charged high if you use your phone PM me i will forward your call to Paypal using Jajah for free i got enough $ there I will enter your number I will enter paypal number You will get call from Jajah When you pickup Paypal will get call from Jajah Finally you both will be talking for FREE And believe me if you call Paypal it will surely take 20 minutes they asks lots of questions and need to wait alot... This happened to me a week ago, I called the day I got the email, they asked me to fax some documents, if you call they give you the option to upload pictures which will speed up the process according to paypal. What I did was call multiple times, faxed 2 times and uploaded pictures. When all that was submitted they wanted me to verify some transactions which I did through fax and within a week they restored my account.

Now i have uploaded the copy of utility bill that they asked me Can this be because of dynamic ip problem, i read on few sites on paypal limited access.
Actually, I appreciate these protective measures by Paypal. Keep in mind that they're simply trying to protect your account & also their liability if something goes wrong. My VISA card was also canceled when I was traveling in Las Vegas and I've had issues with my other accounts as well at times; the key is that it's easy to resolve! It's important that they watch our accounts and freeze them when there are indications of fraud. While it can be inconvenient, it's also critical to consumer safety. Some of these actions might be seen as Paypal convering their own liability with fraud however in my opinion, it's also the only way they can continue to offer their great service. Take care!

If you are from the Philippines, you can withdraw your money to your Philippines bank account. You only need an International Credit Card to verify your account. Contact your bank about getting one. If you do not qualify for a credit card, you can get an EON Visa Electron card from the Union Bank http://www.unionbankph.com/content.asp?paramID=AMBKADAIBC to verify your account.
Hello guys, My Paypal account have been limited they asked me some proofs i submitted them they asked for Bank Statement i submitted but i have Office address in my bank statement and in paypal i have given my residential address i have given utility bill to prove that address.But paypal now asks me bank statement again saying it should match Name, Account number and Address i submitted my Driving License and called to paypal customer care i asked him about it he said ok submit driving license and we will inform you in 48 hours so WTF how much time i need to wait they must understand that one may have office and res address... So what you think what should i do?
Technically speaking, you are not the only customer that Paypal has to deal with so give them some time. There are probably thousands of people in the same boat. I would supposed they need to authenticate to determine that what you submitted is real and that takes time.
