I am in the process of starting a new free web host site and wanted some opinions on the way i am going to package this.. 1.750 mbs sspace 2.10 gigs of BW 3.all the frills of layered panel 4.NO forced ads ..... is anyone interested in joining this?wondering before i rent a ded. server and pay for script..it will be highly promoted though..thanks
There are many others offering more space/bandwidth. Im not sure if people will join, unless if you have some special promotion or offer.

I would feel that the space is just nice. For those who needs higher, you can sign up for the affiliate programs of those giant hosting companies to monetize the free hosting program. From what I notice, the bane of free hosting comes from the spammers and the phishers, you may need some scripts to auto detect such troublemakers before your upstream finds out. Prevention is much better than cure. Scripts that are able to detect Paypal, Ebay and the various banks and inform when when there are such would be useful. Also try monetizing on the controlpanel and the webmail by placing adsense there might help you cover back some of the costs.
People will jump on your offer about free web hosting, it will happen because it's free.. Are you automating account creation? (not recommended)
I seriously doubt that, even thought some hosts do offer unlimted space etc but free hosts tends to invite a lot of phishing, spamming etc and also uses a lot of resources. Any of these would be good excuses for the hosts to terminate your account.
