Jst a straight forward question that I was wondering due to conversion when promoting some affiliate products. Wonder what actually keeps you back from not buying a product. Is it the price, what is a suitable price would you be more likely to purchase the same product if it was $7 or $17?
well, here's my own POV, some people are scared that they will not receive the product that they bought...or in other words they are afraid of scam..
What am I missing? Why would anyone prefer to pay more for 'the same product'? I buy nearly everything online, purely because it's cheaper, and I don't have to associate with the human race to make the transaction.
It depends. If it's a lot of money i'm looking to spend then i'm not really concerned about price (i'm prepaired to pay up to a certain amount depending on the product) and so it's security that gets me big time (even if it's paypal, that only gives up to £500 protection). If it's a cheaper product ($0-50) then I will obviously try find the cheapest option and will be more likely to buy if it's between $0 and $10 even if it's something I dont' really need, but if paying less means less quality then I will usually go for somewhere in the middle.
Shipping - It usually take at least 5 day to get the stuff that i order, unless i pay like 20 buck for shipping. I just hate to wait Price - not sure about the other part of the world, but in US, product's (especially electronic product) price from different online vendor can drop like 30% in one day (discount, coupon and rebate). Like last week i help my uncle to buy a Dell laptop. He need it rush for a road trip so i didn't wait for special offer and order it right away. And just one day later dell has a $300 off $999 coupon. he could have get the same laptop for less if we wait for some special offer. Many time i just keep waiting for like a month delaying to buy something just to wait for price drop
