Alert you lost money

    Last few days i am searching Web hosting for my site i also send pm to members like everyone do then finally i try to buy hosting from HsHosting

    and he gave me that below the link from Pm that is still in my Inbox

    i went that link and did payment after payment i did not any get confirmation email from his side then we chat msn messenger he said i still not get any information from my side where as after my payment i get sms about payment and then i also check from my banker he said payment is done after few a minutes he said he get email and then i get order confirmation email now he said he is not any get payment and he will suspend my account after 3 days if i am not payment him where as i already did $35 per year.


    This is my site www.mknexusonline.com that is closed due to hosting however i am still searching hosting for my site i just take load for my boss only $35 dollar

    i don;t want to write about him i have to do b/c i lost my money :mad:

    i will post about him in all forums where i am member

    i also some proof

    i don;t want to give me nagative point but $35 is big amount for me i am vbulletin licence member www.mknexusonline.com when i pay $160 then why not i can pay $35 i am not did cheat with him

    First off

    Now

    Thank you for posting this, gree124, So that I can clear this up in public. Lets start.

    First I offer you a very cheap deal on webhosting, I went a setup a special payment system just so you could purchase my hosting. Then you kept saying you were buying...but nothing...so Today you PM me and say you paid, I immediately logged into my Google Checkout account, to check the payment, And I saw nothing. no orders had been recieved, I then get a Message from you on MSN Messenger, saying you paid, and I informed you that I had not recieved it. You immediately started accusing of scamming you out of your money.

    and sent me this picture, saying it was a purchase confirmation. Which it is not

    I had gotten no order..you continued to accuse me of stealing your money.

    I emailed google, and Then I got an email saying I received an order

    I told you that I got it, and setup your account, here is your account setup in my WHMCS

    Even though I could not Charge you through google check out yet, I set up your account, I was wrong the first time, So i trusted you, you recieved all the account details, Via Email.

    Then a few minutes after the Account Details Email was sent out, My google checkout gives me this

    I informed you of this, and Suspended the Account, because I had received NO MONEY

    As you can see in that last image on the right side, its say it was declined

    And then you starting saying that I stole your money
    I am really sorry that this happened, I don't know if you were trying to scam me into getting free hosting, Or if it was just a matter of Google or your bank not wanting to cooperate. I was looking forward to having you as a customer, and I am really sorry you had a bad Experience with us, But you have no right to say that I stole your money, I never received a single penny from you.

    Also, if you would like to see the entire chat between the two of us, PM me and I will send it to you.

    Well I think that pretty much clears it up ;)

    @ OP unless you have proof that the money is gone, I don't suggest you start making accusations. If you don't want to use that particular host anymore go find a new one. Just don't bash without reason :)

    Also this belongs in General Chat, Not webhosting ;)

    gree124, the card might have been charged initially and you might see the balance (credit available) available to use might have been decreased but you need not be worried until your bill is generated. Also as HsHosting shows it, your card HAS NOT been charged. If at all charged, it would be refunded by Google. You can be sure of that. Also since you had a bad experience with Google Checkout and all, may be you can try 2CO or PayPal or Plimus or any other Payment Processor instead of all this. I understand how you feel being a newbie (i am assuming this. accept my unconditional apologizes if i am wrong) seeing credit balance available on your card decreased. The balance will be auto adjusted again in 24 hours usually. If not contact your card issuing FI or Bank.

    When a payment is declined by google they will not charge your account..

    Honestly I use to use google check out but it sucks their fraud control is nothing like paypal..

    You really should not accuse people of something that did not happen.. He did not receive any money from you so there for you should have your account terminated..

    dude why u show his info dont u take privacy seriously u clearly stated all his info on copyright issues there

    HsHosting why do u even have to prove his personal info

    This is non sinse and against the law what about privacy issues with your company?

    I removed the Images. If you would have taken another look, you would see that I also posted a lot of private information about me.

    Yes, Privacy is important, but I have a very new hosting service, and am trying to build my rep and crediabiltily, and he is trying to destroy it simply because I would not give him a paid hosting package for free.

    HShosting although I agree with you on this issue, I want to advise you to take screenshots carrying his personal information away IMMEDIATELY.

    It's nothing personal, but members will "report" your posts at admins and you most likely will get a ban. It is against the law to show personal info in public in this way.

    Try to avoid this with your clients in the future.

    This is a funny part of you and your hosting company u say privacy is important but then u release his info and u saying u are building your rep but you aren't u are releasing important info

    and so what if his info is fake or not it shouldn't be released no matter what

    for all my customers nobody will ever get the customers info no matter what who asks unless i get a court order i will never release no such info!

    Just my 2cents!

    Don't feel bad. Bad advertising is also advertising. If you clear things up like you should, there is no worry!

    I think you cleared up alot in this topic, so it only shows for your new clients that you do respond to them.

    Mister, don't treat him like a criminal. He is just starting a new business and these are things we all need to learn. I agree on the fact that you should know and work these things out before you sell to anyone, but sometimes the business mind goes beyond the policies. I am sure the host has learned from this topic to avoid certain things in the future.
