My blog feedshub.blogspot.com is a technology blog with 1000-1500 or more unique visitors everyday. They generate around 10-15 clicks, still earning is low. What to do?
It doesn't look like a technology Blog to me... It's a bible study site. Have you tried changing the ad placement?
There are not more possibilities with adsense position, Can you suggest what kind of changes you are thinking.
I dont know, it is difficult to say, I have one web where I have a CR about 30% and the revenue is so low that I would better shot down the web
I don't see any technology on there at all, just bible study. Maybe the problem is you think it's a technology site but it's actually a bible site? Also, I can't even see google ads on your website. If that's the case then you probably know where your google ads are and you're clicking them yourself? If that's the case, you'll make just about $0 as google knows it's from the same place.
There is also the possiblity that while you have 1000-1500 unique hits a day, they're most of the same people. If this is the case then it's probably due to the fact that those same people are blind to your ads. New users to your site are 10x more likely to click ads then people who go there regularly.
are you sure you gave the right URL...??? dont see nothing relating to tech..!! anyways can you tell us what kind of promotion stratergy are you implementing.... i mean to say are you sure the traffic coming to your site is RELEVANT?? or are they being mis-guided to the site/?? let us know...cheers!!
Very wierd site! 1000-1500 daily?? I wish i knew who they are.. Did you buy traffic from those "dropped domains' traffic" services? Where is your Adsense? Sooo wierd
Shit, URL was wrong. Oh God, Its feedshub.blogspot.com not blogpot Sorry, typing mistake. I did not see
By this I mean, lower the amount of boxes all around the Frame. You have a two sided format with 10-15 different flashing bounching ,click me places. I can find 200 ways to leave your site without clicking adsence. Diggme, Blog catalog, Delicious, etc. I even have a hard time reading your content, so many fonts and styles, and colors. This site of mine gets really low traffic (200 - 300 Unique Impressions/day) but converts really well It makes from up to a dollar a day. custom-harleys.blogspot.com/ Good Luck
As mentioned, you have dozens of exits on your website other that Adsense. You need to get rid of those. Make it so the browsers only have TWO choice. 1) Close the tab. OR 2) Click an Ad. Leave them no other choice and your CTR will go up.
its almost a dollar. its hard to get 1000's. i woudn't be surprised as you got ads side by side. you may get ad blindness from your visitors. why don't you try rearranging them in a way it won't choke the content. i would suggest blend in the ads, not flood them.
Well, blogs typically don't do well with Adsense, especially technical blogs. Blog visitors tend to be repeat visitors who become "ad-blind" after the first couple of visits (do you click on ads on blogs you visit?). Further, placement of ads on blogs is less than optimum on the sides, top, and bottom. The ads should be in the content. Third, tech people typically don't click ads. Therefore, making Adsense work on a site like this is a hard, uphill battle. It can be done, but it's going to take a lot of work and effort.
Hi Mate... Your low conversion could be the result of several factors. First of all, are your 1000-1500 unique visitors per day legitimate? or are you buying traffic? If you are buying traffic this could mean that most of the unique visitors are simply redirected to your site and are not targeted visitors (they are not looking for what you are offering) Secondly you may have ads displaying that are not related to your sites topic. thirdly you should try to reposition your ads until you find the optimal display. This is one of my site (06webdesign.com) and it is currently converting 10% of my visitors into clicks. it is a little unconventional since they recommend to display your ads on the top left corner of the screen but it seems to work for me
How is your CTR then? Do you need some changes about the ad placement? Most likely the bad ad placment will lead to poor CTR.
Its true, i dont click on ads on blogs i visit. Keeping ads between content is hard with Blogger templates. No earning in Tech blogs
