The design is nice and relevant, but the ads placement is bit awkward.

I mean the current placement is good for CTR but gives a spammy look to the site.

what do you mean "a" here?
With IE, the display is not good as Firefox.. so I put it. I will remove it after I fix everything

Well at the bottom of your site you have put "disply" shouldn't it be "display".

If your running adsense on there you may as well have a click through to firefox.
