WOW I got good marks:)

I am from India and just an hour ago my results of Higher Secondary (Stnd-12)Exam came out. I got good marks. I am very happy.

Bengali (Mother Tounge)- 69
English- 88
Maths-89
Chemistry-81
Plysics- 83
Biology- 80
Evnvironmental Science- 89

I joined DP just before my exams and got addicted to it. It took away atleast 20 more marks. But thats my fault. By the way my Joint Entrance exam is on 24th. Need to study hard.

I always seem to find some sort of distraction when my exams come around the corner. Once I'm done with exams, the same "distraction" is no longer of any interest. I find this utterly bemusing.

I had got 90.2 % before 2 yrs on my ICSE exams and today my brother has got 85.8%.
he is also upset,as he could not excedd my marks lol...

Well, the teachers don't give much marks in Bengali. Most are essay type questions. So, with a brilliant andwer you still get a 8 on 10. But some ppl get around 80 though. I did not study it that hard.Bad for me.

Wow, you got a damn good score and so did your bro. Congrats. I am not giving an excuse but as you know the WB board focusses on essay type answers and that pulls the mark somewhat down I guess.
