Pagerank is a value for a "web page" not a entire website. Each web page will have it's own Pagerank value, to increase internal web pages Pagerank you need to build backlinks directly too them.

It's because the homepage has a pagerank 5. New posts and some of the old posts will not have any pagerank. It takes time to pass the PR juice.

Building links to inner pages will improve the PR. Also, linking pages with-in the site will also improve the PR to some extent.

Thanks guys! Well, I have found that site I've mentioned and it's a dofollow site, so I thought it would be useful to drop a link in the comment since I thought it was also PR5 and wanted to get some link juice, but it seems it does not make sense to do that, right?

Pr is atributed to each page. Your index page has a PR 5, but your other pages no :)
