Site loads really slowly, try to reduce the load times i did what many of your potential customers will do, leave before it loads. optimise your images get it to load quicker. Went back for another look the sites got a good look and feel to it only have two issues: #1 The live chat link top right isn't aligned properly and looks messy. #2 First impresions count and if your site takes too long to load.... ? Once your sites cached it's fine but the initial load time on my first visit = my biggest turn off.
