    I purchased this site back in March of 08 and gave it a complete facelift. The site has been established for aprox. 1 1/2 years now. Splur (dot) net offers Free, Reciprocal and Sponsored (paid) submissions to the directory. The site currently has over 4500 links in 200 categories.

    The Webmaster forum was launched in early April this year and is still in early stages and will need a little work getting it out there. I have spent over $100 dollars getting the PHPbb script SEO optimized/Updated with most recent add ons and added some neet mods.

    Reason For Selling:

    Since I work a Full Time job I just don't have the time to up keep these two sites.

    I know you have all heard this before in other auctions... But honestly it takes me like 2 hours everyday just to approve or reject the new submissions alone to splur (dot) net. Sorry to say the wife is not liking it so much. :S

    The site currently has around 40 to 90 new submissions everyday.

    Plus, the site also has a webmaster forum which is still in the early stages and needs extra close attention, I just cannot give it right now.

    Revenue:

    Splur (dot) net currently makes aprox. $30/mth in sponsored submissions with minimal advertising. (see links below) Adsense is also added and has made around $25 last month. Between splur.net and forums.splur.net

    This is with very minimal advertising and banner advertising could increase this greatly.

    Advertising:

    Splur (dot) net has been around since January of 07, so a year and 5 months. The site get's most of it's traffic from search engines, directory List and forum signatures.

    In mid April I purchased a small banner spot on Webtalkforums.com for $10 dollars and it help get some traffic. However this site does just great without it.

    Pagerank: 2

    Predicted Pagerank: 5 ( http://www.iwebtool.com ) 84% accurate
