Why Google indexed a PR0 website during half hour? Do I get Penalty?

I posted our website for review last night around 10:30PM in DP web site review sub-forum.
About half hour later, I got a Google alert and I found my post listed a PR0 website, exact copy. This site is indexed by Google between 30m to 1 hour after I post in DP.

Why a PR0 website can be indexed so fast? Or it is just a coincidence.

There is tons back links in this site, will my web site get penalty from google?

if yes, how do we prevent our post being copied by other people and used in their blog?

Think how much new content is added to DP every minute of the day. Except from w3bmaster's "haha thats funny" posts.

While our site PR is 0, google seems come every 2 weeks.
Now our site PR is 3, google recently come every 3 days.
This is the reason I guess PR is related to how often google will index a web site.

If you want google to cral and index your site faster, then you will need to build lots of backlinks.

Try to get some back links from high PR pages.

 

The GoogleBot is constantly on my music site (probably because it gets lost in the 40,000+ pages)... the other day one of my pages got indexed in less than 10 minutes of it being up. However the page rank of it hasn't changed. I think indexing happens hourly (if not, then daily / weekly) however page ranking happens (i think) every quarter (so 4 times a year).

 

simply , google love unique contents, and index it autopilot

so that i think for that situation
