    How much Revenue is it making per month?
    Normally sites are sold based on revenue not on potential.

    Do you have any traffic stats you could PM?

    It's a nice site but it's too risky to put in a much higher bid without a history of making revenue, unless the traffic is high. The pagerank is obviously decent but forum sites do not generally make too much cash regardless of the effort put in, unless they have very high traffic.

    I really like the site though, it clearly does have potential to grow.

    Without revenue history its a bit difficult to judge the real potential of the site. I don't deny that its a great one and with proper planning can be made a huge success.
