i've just managed to put a seo thing on my site and i have the ability to add keywords, title and description to every page, product, category and subcategory.

What? You need to atleast give a link to your website and include the tool your using. However, from the sounds of it I wouldn't use it. You should manually make changes to your web pages; not use an auto-generating tool. Make web pages for visitors and search engines.

to be fair the topic does sound clueless

get a good keywords to content ratio and don't go overboard. be descriptive and think of the user.

well as far as i know, and practice.. theres nothing wrong putting meta tags on your pages/sub pages as long as you still obey into a proper structure of the site and still its SE friendly.

hi.... im not agree with this guy :(
if you tailored unique TITLE & DES. and of course CONTENT for each page then more n more KWs and phrases are targeted...if more KWs and phrases are targeted then more entry point are create for your main site mens ---------------more entry point are tailored :p
(you can image just like revere pyramid, at the peak of pyramid your home page right...& end of pyramid put down your inner-pages which will you targeted by creating unique title, discretion & content for each page )
