Ok, so I just got a new domain, and I need a theme. My budget is about 55 bucks. Since I am paying top dollar, I expect quality work. So what do I want? 3 things -Banner -Theme -logo This has to be wordpress coded, and as easy as it can be for me to implement all of this. Well, what type of blog are you going to have? Will it have a technical design, or a professional and simple design? For $60, I can have a simple yet professional theme designed and coded to your needs. A banner I will pitch in there for free, hah. And the logo will come right with the design. It's not worth the time for a Wordpress theme. If you are looking for quality you'll need to pay a little more. I guess you'll find someone though. Good luck.
