The Best Strategy for "do-follow" deep linking on Social/Bookmarking sites.

I have discovered that finding and using "do follow" social/bookmarking sites are great ways to produce backlinks. But I worry about the risk of getting flagged or banned for creating too many deeplinks to the same domain. For example, let’s say I have 1000 pages on my domain that I need backlinks to. I can create one account on one social media site and bookmark or link to every single one of these 1000 URLs. But my experience is that some sites will ban the domain for spamming. The best way I have found is to find one good high PR sight with "do-follow" links and to divide the 1000 links across 50new accounts. It may take more time to create these accounts, but there is less risk of getting flagged. What do you guys and gals suggest? Has this strategy worked for any of you? What strategy do you use? What's your best strategy for creating deep backlinks to many URLs?

I don't think 1000 links from the same domain will be 20 times better than submitting just 50 URLs.
Got your entire site submitted to Digg for example? It's possible but it's not natural and Google gate unnatural links.

In fact Google DO know what Digg is and will realize that you're spamming :)
