I finally made my first affiliate sale today. After trying out various affiliate products for my niche, and bringing a total of over 1000+ hits on all the products that I tried to sale, I used a new product since few days ago... and today I was happy to see... around 300 views for that product.. and 1 buy. Yeah I know the conversion rate is low.. but I'm gonna work on it. Bringing so many targeted traffic to the affiliate products and not making a single sale.. made me think I was cursed or something.. cursed to never make a single affiliate sale . I know 1 sale is nothing... but it feels really good because it's a first time this happens.. I made 10$.. gonna put more work on it... to make more tasty crispy doe . I'm buying everyone on this forum a round of beer because you've all been so helpful !
Ya,its always a special feeling when u get your first sale,u should have posted this in affiliate section.
No.. i'm not selling beer glasses.. I wanted to buy everyone here a beer I'm selling mostly weight loss and body-building supplements and books, because it's a topic I can say I'm an expert in. The sale that I made was from an muscle building e-book, and it was running its own indepedent affiliate program. I have an account on cj.com and I'm trying to make some sales there too, so I checked my cj.com account today.. I couldn't believe it, I made a sale there too!!! The product was around 18 $ so I made like 2 $ bucks on it but that doesn't matter. But I got 2 sales in one day!! I couldn't get a single sale in a whole month. It feels great. However I competely change my approach for affiliate sales 2-3 days ago and the new approach seems to be doing much better.
A round of beer for everyone? 166,958 members x £2.70 Hmmmm... You might need to make a few more sales to afford it Congrats anyway!

I'm not using pay per click, I have no expenses at all, I just write a lot of articles, make some hubpages for my products based on a keyword, do a lot of social bookmarking. All free marketing
