    Hi,

Anyone tried to use text-link-ads on phplinkbid?

If yes, please help how can add their code to my bidding directory

i tried but i think i must add their code to a .php file.

but template files are .html

    thanks

    Add it to inc/footer.php.

I doubt you will make any sales....and you will probably annoy your existing customers by selling sitewide links.

it's a good step to downgrade your directory.

what is point in adding TLA on a bidding directory as you already want the user to bid more ;) for the top.

Lol guys, its simple. If one has a PR7 or a PR6 dropped it can easily make upto 25-40$ permonth per link and easily 5-10 links can be sold!

50% you get of TLA, so 20$ * 10 Links... do you mind 200$ per month income?

Sunny - don't customers get to check the site before they buy a link there? Surely they will not want to buy a link from a fake PR6 bid directory???

Lemme tell you, 70% of TLA buyers are blind! They invest in nonsense nonstop! ;)

if the template is tpl file (no idea about the bid template files), then you have to create a tpl and php file :)

Yes MeetHere, phpLinkBid uses tpl files which cannot use php tags.

you can do it as i have done it in phpld i dont think phplinkbid would be much different.

also i dont think TLA buyers get to see what site they are buying from until the have purchased the link and links are found through their site based on Alexa rank and PR i think...

I might be wrong, but I seem to remember seeing somewhere that Google was penalizing some sites that using TLA.

If there's any truth to that, running their ads on a bidding directory would seem like asking for a penalty.

Most bid directories have it coming anyway.....TLA would simply speed up the process....right?

Its possible they are YMC but judging by some here they aren't bothered so why should we be. You can only advise, but never make them listen.
