    Are you asking for article directories? If so, then submit to ezinearticles, articlesdashboard etc.... Just Google article directories and you'll find hundreds of them!

    You have a blog or small website ? Place your article there, and after that go to technorati ping service, and ping your article, so Google and other search engines will know, that you have a new article, and will check it out :cool:
    Second .. You can submit your article to digg.com, ezine.com, etc., so peoples will see that you have made something new !

    Hard to understand maybe, but .. it's simple !

    tht says upload html or php files but how to upload website php or html file. are they are saying to create another php or html file?
