    Get a lot of quality backlinks from other somehow related sites with the anchor text "teen forums" and similar.

    Try different key phrases in anchor text which contains your keywords like "teen forums online", "cool teen forums" etc.

    Build lots of backlinks and use the keyword in the anchor text.

    Try to get back links from high PR pages, this will help to improve your ranking and use the keyword "teen forums" in anchor text.
