Worth of PR7 link against PR4 links

Most of you might be right about PR links but in my eyes , content relevancy is most important and OBL on the page is also important. Besides if you get 100 PR 4 links then you can get decent amount of traffic from those 100 backlinks as well .. In longer run definitely 100 PR4 links would help you better.

 

If he wants to acheive a PR7 he will need faaaaaaaaaar more than 100 backlinks from PR4 sites, read my previous post showing the table, we would have to get 3055 backlinks in total, and even then, if just one PR4 site were to slip in the rankings the best he would acheive is a PR5, so in essence, in my eyes he would need at least 3500+

With regards to traffic, if getting the links is plausable, then yes i beleive they he would not only benefit from a PR jumo but also a jump in the SERPS and traffic.

But for the purpose of this thread, i think his purley enquring on how to get a PR7 site

n PR4 x $$.$$

I was trying to figure out what his "n" could be. If this n is going to be > 100 then it is not worth even thinking of it as cost of this 100+ PR4 link would be far more than 1 PR7 link.

And thanks for those who are contributing, I'm nearer to choose PR7 with $$$.$$ investment rather than chasing PR4 links.

PR7 are costly but I think it is worth investing in.

It is all about link buying (now a days called Sponsored Links after Google's hatred towards link selling).

 

Oh i see, ok. Well from a money point of view its far cheaper to go with PR7 links than 1,000's of PR4 ones. Just remember that the links should be solid, don't go with someone who has just recently achieved a high PR status as they could easily lose it in the next update. I generally go with sites that have acheived a high rank through two updates.

Also buying lots of links quickly could look like link farming in the eyes of google and may well get penalised for it, this also the same if they find out that the website sold you a high ranking link
