I just go onto my site, and viola I see porn ads "Gay Bear Dating Click here" and "Chinese dating" No doubt this is adult advertising. No way relevant with modding. Anything I can do about this?
Well thats the other side of google. Sometime ago I posted a screenshot proof that google promotes all these kinda stuff and thats how they make cash. I have seen ejaculation ads and other disgusting ads in adsense. considering your case it looks like your website is not crawled yet to get relevant ads or your keyword density is not good enuf or you can just do the keyword targeting within your code.
I just went on your website (in sig), and I got MP3 ads shown. Maybe you need to increase the Keyword Density.

Adsense publishers can't put ads in sex sites but advertisers can promote their sex sites loll no sense
Can't you block ads like that with the competitive ad filter? I'm not really sure, but you may be able to. And yes, they are dating sites, which are allowed by Google...like match.com and others, no? Just geared toward more specific crowds.
If you don't want those ad's you could use the Competitive Ad Filter to remove them. By the way, dating sites ads are not porn.
Use the competitive filter to block sites you don't want. You also should increase your target keyword density and also use adsense section targeting: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=23168 to get revelant ads.
