[WTS] 8 small websites with Traffic - 1000's of pages indexed

Here are the 8 sites. All are more than 6 months old, registered at Godaddy.

overall, the sites get 3k+ uniques per month and total page views between 30k to 50k. I have attached awstat for 3 sites, If you are really serious i can get stats for all the sites too.

The sites are not monetized at all but earns around $10 per month(adsense + kontera). The sites are built on drupal and have zero maintenance. The sites have very easy admin interview where u can change anything, including adsense in 2 seconds.

The sites are for you if you know how to take leverage from it or monetize them. They are obviously not for site flippers.

For any doubts you can PM me or ask here. I don't think I will be selling them individually as I can't spend lot of time trying to sell them individually.

Yes payment by paypal and owner will pay the fees. I am selling them all though I can sell them individually too but its a real pain to sell each site individually so I think both me(seller) and owner will be better off doing bulk deal

 

Sorry if I'm mistaking, but aren't most of these sites database driven ? The ethnic recipe, the drinks, the quotes, the baby names - correct me if I'm wrong but about 2 days ago someone was selling these databases in here ... so from what I can tell you're charging a $800 BIN for a script mostly.

P.S : I'm just asking to make sure because I may decide to place a bid and I need to be sure before I buy...

 

Hi Cristian, yes they are database powered and the value of the databases is certainly not more than few dollars but look at it in this way, How long its going to take you to build such sites and get traffic and to avoid sandbox ? is the value of the time less or more than what I am asking for ? Many people may find the BIN high but I am just looking for the right buyer.

the sites are certainly not right for those who just sit and takes revenue, you need to come up with something better than that. You can ofcourse increase the earnings by properly monetizing the websites by using CPM ads etc or selling links from TLA (try to get the PR high).
