I've got dynamic pages of my blog
Is it true that dynamic pages aren't listed in search results

    False.

This site has dynamic pages and is well indexed.

Of course it's not true, but for a blog it's better to use perma links.

Get some links to your dynamic pages with correct anchor text and they'll appear in the search results.

There is no special value between static or dynamic websites, they can both rank equally and get no special treatment, the same goes for a blog vs. website.

Dynamic content can create multiple instances of the same content. So one of your main concerns should be to reduce/remove the possibility of duplicate content.

    It is not true.

Dynamic pages not only list in search results, they can also rank as high as a static page can.
