I have a website which had quite a lot of pages indexed. But yesterday, i found that none of pages in indexed or cached..

But it still shows inbound links. Pages still maintain theri PR..

So what should i understand.. its a google ban? or its some problem from google side temporarily..?

Wait a day or two to see if they return to the index, the visiable Pagerank wouldn't change until the next update or unless it was a directly penalty towards Pageranki; which wouldn't effect indexed web pages.

Site is more than a year old. Googlebot is still crawling my site but with much slower rate. I hope its a temporary glitch and it will come back to index

Does your SERP's loosing too? If you could get some good backlinks from different sites that could help index your site again, that will help. Try to update your sitemap too.

If site:yoursitename in Google organic search is giving you zero results, then your site is probably banned by Google

Check your site's statics from google sitemaps
If you can't see any statics then its banned
