1 thing i will tell u from experience so dont get pissed or anything SEDO appraisal sucks so bad it makes me laugh.
They told my friend his website is worth $1000, he sold it for 150k over sitepoint. So their appraisal is as good as useless to me.

Lastly, about price it all depends tbh, if someone wants it and knows its value for his company and other then u can sell it for 20-30k, but if someone just wants to buy it because they think they will change the world with LLL.com then i dont think the value will be high. It all depends who is there, like I think you can get this upto 100k if you approach someone from Dubai they would more than likely buy it as I know there r tons of dubai big corps that can get some use of this lll.com

anyways these are just my thoughts and things i have seen around.

Sedo's appraisal is not perfect but i don't think anyone can evaluate exactly the name
It depends on the need of the end buyer as you describe at your post very good

Sedo's appraisal is nothing special they just compare their old sales, make an average plus some common factors like how many tld's are registered for this name, popularity, market field....
I ordered a sedo pro appraisal to see how they do it before 3 years

 

$20k for this domain I guess

 

I think between 7k-10k good luck with it!!

Also do you have other LLL.com and about LL.com do you buy them from auction or you

Yes Sedo still charge for appraisal but i ordered it before 2-4 years ago so i don't remember
Their price was just info about generic stuff of the name as i said before plus similar sales sedo made in the past (that time there weren't sites with sales history that you can search)

For the premium auctions it's not quite an appraisal you just make a deal for the starting bid. You suggest your own and they say which price they accept (if they do accept your name as premium)

 

decent 10,900. USD, this will be around this IMO (preety postive) Good luck with the sale. lets just hope it goes for more, coz sedo is ganna keep 10 percent.

In keyboard, domain has a great position.qwerty and asdfg .I mean this is a easy typed and 3 letter great domain.You have "Visitors to this Sedo Listing*: 5,319" clicks.You have to advertise and wait a bit more i think.You have a really good domain and wait for a good buyer.Domain can be sold around 5000-20.000 .

Also you try to buy a two letter.This is great but wait for a good buyer if time is not a problem.
