I'm from Pakistan and am facing the most common dilemma here! What to do about payment and receiving payment!

If anyone is form Pakistan here, please explain how YOU get your money and all. Paypal does not support us.

AND is there something that accepts paypal payments, since most ppl use it!

    THANKS!!

Payoneer Prepaid card work with paypal I have tested it for myself , The four digit code can be found in the account admin section of payoneer and you will be able for Expuse program . The bad thing is when you will open your paypal account from pakistan then you will get limited and you will be requested for documentation will paypal , I have Indian paypal account which is varified from payoneer prepaid card . It get limited for about 15 times with me but I have complete documents and I get it restore just after limitation . If you will use only one IP for opening your paypal account then your account will not be limited .

Catch some friend's paypal with all the documents then it will be ok !
Paypal do not work in pakistan , limitation will be at your door step , but if you have complete documents for that paypal account then you can access it from pakistan . Try to avoid paypal , thats the best solution .
    MoneyBookers is a good substitute!

Wouldn't this involved lying about your application ? I mean if you do not furnish real information, how do you expect Paypal to ever trust you or your country ?

Most countries are placed on the pending list in the 'Send Only' list while they hammer out the legal issues with the respective countries before upgrading them to the Send/Receive countries. If the residents of the countries on the 'Send' list does not play by the book then there is even more reasons not to support or upgrade their status.

Lying about your application would basically put you in a difficult position.

I doubt Paypal has anything against Muslim countries. Malaysia, Indonesia, UAE and Turkey are well-known Muslim countries and they are in the Send/Receive list.

This does not make it legal since Pakistan is not a supported country.

If you must support Paypal, you can sign up with 2checkout.com or Plimus.com which supports Paypal and Pakistan. They will act as your reseller and remit your income at the end of the billing period.

If this is the state of the youth of today, it is really going to be a very sad world. Imagine if no one cares about rules or about the truth anymore, the world would become lawless in no time.

It is not illegal to use paypal in Pakistan. There is no law prohibiting it period.

Nevertheless there is no way that I know of for a non-connected Pakistani to use paypal. By non connected I mean someone who does not have relatives in Paypal supported countries that allow him to use their account.

Of course there is no law in Pakistan to prevent you from using Paypal but when you sign up with Paypal, you agree to the terms of the contract and that you abide by the terms. If not, what are contracts for ?

Paypal explicitly mentioned that you need to access the account from a supported country, not to use Proxy and provide real information of yourself. By using it in Pakistan with or without a relative would inevitable violates all the fundamental terms of the contract. Under the terms of your contract, you cannot share a paypal account.

Are you trying to tell me that Contracts, Laws and Agreements do not mean anything in Pakistan and that they can be ignored if you do not agree with them ? If so, it probably is a good reason not to support a country like that.

Honesty and trust is very important when dealing online and if you cannot comply with that, how do you expect anyone to trust you ?

I doubt electronic agreements made using a web browser have any legal standing in Pakistan. Especially if they are made with a company that has no presence in Pakistan.

Right or wrong is not what I am talking about. I have pointed out that there is no law in Pakistan preventing someone from using Paypal. Its a lie and dishonest on your part to claim that paypal usage is illegal in Pakistan when you know nothing about the law of my country.

Precisely, if electronic agreement does not have any legal standing in Pakistan then it is possible that is the reason why Paypal does not support Pakistan members. I mean if the contract has no bearing and parties to the contracts do not need to ensure that they abide by their contractual agreement then contracts would be useless. I supposed until Pakistan can rectify the situation to enforce electronic agreement, Paypal would not support Pakistan. Enforcement of contractual agreement is very important or else there is no law and order and everyone can do as he pleases with no regards to anything.

I am not saying about Pakistan law here. You are contracting with a US Company and you need to comply with the contract which you make with that company. From the point of view of Paypal (a US Company), it would be illegal for members to lie about their application and details when signing up.

    Please read my post again.
