Looking for a good and cheap web developer

I'm a web designer and most of my projects ask for a web developer too.

If you're going to ask me $50 for a newsletter or $300 for cutting a psd into css and apply wordpress on it, don't even send a pm.

I understand that each of us has priorities...mine is to find a serious, good and cheap developer for my projects.

The one I'm looking for
- has to know: php, css, ajax and javascript (plus).
- has to understand wordpress and how to customize it
- has to know how to cut a psd into css
- has to know how to create a cpanel admin for a site with different features

In the world of business, cheap and good don't come together. So I would pick which one you want. And remember, the expensive coders will not apply because they cost too much, but the cheap coders wont be stopped because they are low quality.

i am a designer ( a very busy one ) most of the time i am busy developing sites in PHP so can't take time to design, so if you can design i can code for you and you can design for me in return ( except for exchanging money in case you prefer that )
