    I really like it. :) The only thing I would change is the size of the text, try 12 or 13px. ;)

    i too have the same opinion make the font a lil bigger and if possible move the whole thing a lil bit down so that the entire thing(the logo,search box and ad unit) will appear in the centre.. i am not too sure if it will look fine.. so just give a try if you have time..
