Lately, I've been making smoothies. I throw some bananas, pineapple, orange juice, and yogurt into a blender and that gets me off to a good start. What about you?

1/2 cup oatmeal, boiled with one cup of water
one banana cut into the bottom of the bowl
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon Omega-3 flaxseed oil or a similar product
    1/4 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
1/4 cup high fiber breakfast cereal, such as Fiber One
all wetted up with organic milk.

On the side I have a 16 ounce glass of orange juice -- regular frozen variety. I follow up with a large cup of coffee.

I have been going to bed at around 6-9 a.m. so breakfast is not on my menu...

When I get back into the old routine which actually never included getting up for Breakfast (Never in my life) I will usually have my coffee & a couple of eggs & toast (lunch) or if I get up later, Dinner is...

Steak & Baked Potatoe... Yum Yum.. (When I can afford it that is)... hehe :D

Coffee and toast, if at home. Otherwise, a choice of unhealthy fried stuff (rice, noodles) at the office ;-)
