Going by my Inbox this morning, todays trend is Spam.

The amount of SEO content writers that market me on a daily basis is unbelievable. How funny is this link exchange request a little while ago:

Wow, way to go idiots you rank #4 for "Compelling E-Mail Marketing Solutions USA" which nobody in their right mind would search for and you want a link on a site that's been consistently ranking in the top results for terms like "SEO", "SEO Company" and so on.

I feel, if you are getting good results through conventional way, than why we we need latest trend, may be it become a black hat tactics in future and because of that you goona panelized.
still if you are very curious to know what's new in seo, than visit every day good forums, and read articles on seomoz and seochat... you will get good info.

Let me tell you the latest trend which big companies do :

Open lots of propeller accounts and spam them via comments etc instead of spamming main url.And of course profile contains a backlink + small article.

Yep theres a serious problem with spamming on the net right now, it only used to be emails but now its getting into comments on social networking site, forums and alot more...

 

i think new trends is that special characters in url is allowable and robots accept in its crawling

 

Yes i've noticed this as well, half of the pharm releated firspages on google are spammed with these authority domains. Whens google can fix it?

Why wont google just pick them manualy and remove them. Shouldnt be that hard, 100 populair drug searches and you can remove a big percentage off all those blogger,photo spammers. Wondering what all the pharmacies are doing right now that are not using these tactics, they must be missing a lot of income.

SEO if for the most part great for content sites and sucks for e-commerce.

There is a reason Google cares a great deal about Adwords and really could careless about organic SERP spam.

Most pharmaceuticals don't need Google to make money... they were making billions before Google, and will after Google fades away..

Sweetfunny.....you need a better e-mail encryption service......I rarely get that junk when I do most of it is from the spammers here at DP who find my spam filtering email link..

hahaha! very funny. i get emails like this all the time. interesting is, i get PMs from newbie DP members as well who would either like to see if i provide any SEO service or can chat on MSN/Yahoo to share some knowledge
